I love having energy.
I started making myself work out again. Just a 20 minute workout at least five days a week. It's not much, but it's a start. I've been on it for about a month now.
And my energy level is up. Which is so amazing. I mean, I still only sleep about 4 hours most nights, but I have so much more energy during the day, so it's a total win in my book!
Next step is to incorporate a couple miles of walking, biking, hiking...something.
Something outside. because fresh air and trees are among my favourite things in the whole big wide world.
