Tonight...we went to see the Broadway production of Mary Poppins.
I don't think I can even begin to explain how spectacular phenomenal amazing this show was!
It was fluid, solid...practically perfect in every way.
The sets were flawless. the colours were ridiculously vibrant. the adaptations of the songs were awesome.
I laughed out loud several times. I got chills more than once.
It was one of those productions that effortlessly draws you in and makes you a part of the show, so that by the time they perform the last number, you feel as though you are saying au revoir to old friends.
Tonight, I believe I will dream of flying nanny's, magical parks, dancing statues and chimney sweeps.
